Complaints Procedure

We trust that you will never have a reason to complain about us, but should you feel it necessary, please feel free to contact us by phone, email or letter expressing the nature of your complaint and we shall look to resolve the matter at the earliest opportunity.You should receive a response within one week. Should the matter require further investigation a response should be expected within 4 weeks. You can view our complaints policy here.

If you are not happy with our actions you can always complain to the Fundraising Regulator or the Charities Commission.
